During his first year living with me, he completed his Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) Conformation Championship, CKC Herding Started title, AKC PT and his CGN. He has now completed his American Kennel Club (AKC) Conformation Championship, most recently being awarded an incredible Award of Merit at the 2008 ACDCA National Specialty in Pensylvania!! Thanks to Lori Pruett, he also has a Group 4 placement under his belt.

Leroy is keen when working stock, and I’m looking forward to having another up and coming Australian Cattle Dog.

In 2006, he completed his Canadian Kennel Club Herding Started title in style, he earned his first leg with a High in Trial under Judge Tim Ballard at the ACDCC trials in May 2006 and completed his last two legs at the 2006 Canadian National Specialty in Ontario, winning the High Scoring Australian Cattle Dog & Reserve High in Trial, under Judge Gina MacDonnell.

He continued his winning streak in 2007, winning High in Trial at the May AKC trials in Gig Harbour, High Scoring Sheep & High Scoring Other Breed at the July ASCA trials, and several HIT wins at CKC Herding trials.  He also completed his AKC conformation championship.

We began 2008 with Leroy’s titles:

He has a kind heart, and is an absolute sweety; he is loveable, cautious with strangers, and completely loyal.
