Shipment processing and delivery time

All orders are processed within 5 Business days unless there are delays, in which case Downriver will communicate by email with the purchaser.

Shipping services may vary depending on location and service providers. Downriver does not guarantee shipping delivery times, but will honor the shipment cost unless change is approved by the purchaser.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipment cost: $10.00
Estimated delivery time: 5 – 7 business days
Pick-up from Downriver farm: Free

International Shipping

Shipment cost: $15.00 to the United States, $25.00 rest of the world
Estimated delivery time: 2 – 6 weeks

Shipping services will vary depending on location and service providers. Downriver does not guarantee shipping delivery times, and cost of shipping will be paid by the purchaser. Some remote locations will require customer pick-up.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Many couriers and/or some postal deliveries will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

If you would like to receive a shipment confirmation and/or tracking number, there may be an additional shipping in which case it will be billed to the purchaser.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Downriver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Downriver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final after they are processed. One exception may be if that goods were damaged before shipping, however all shipments are processed by Downriver and are inspected before packaging.
